More on seeds of eternity

If this be so, then the main purpose of life has nothing to do with the here and now, or even any greatnesses we may accomplish.
What really matters is the sort of seed we plant for eternity.
Sobering, and strangely comforting, to think of an entire lifetime as a single whole, a dry little seed of life eternal.
Remember, o man, that thou art dust, and to dust thou shalt return…
